How to order

You can order easily and securely online using PAYPAL.
OR
Wholesale customers can email us your order using the order codes that appear beside the items and pay by direct deposit.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible and it is generally a week but please allow up to 14 days from placing your order to delivery within Australia.

Postage

Cards bought on the website have FREE postage within Australia.
For wholesale orders, we now have a FREE postage on Gift Card orders.
For wholesale orders of our other products add $5 for order under $100 and over $100 add $10.
International postage charged at standard Australia Post rates, please contact us first for more information or estimates.

Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 20 days of receipt. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us promptly of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Please note there may be slight variation in colour between the computer image and the actual product due to monitor callibration. If you are not satisfied with the product received please contact us.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

There is no minumum order. We have FREE postage for card only orders within Australia. We charge $5 for orders under $100 or $10 for orders over $100 for mixed goods.
