How to order

You can order easily and securely online using PAYPAL.

Email us your order using the order codes that appear beside the items and pay by direct deposit or cheque. For both cheques and direct deposits we can only process the order once the payment has cleared.

PHONE SALES
We now can process credit card sales over the phone - call 03 9387 7310 for internet purchases and wholesale payments. Please send us an email via our contact form first of what item you would like - so we can prepare the goods, invoice and collect your contact details for mailing. A credit card receipt of your transaction will be included with your purchase. We accept Visa and Mastercard but not Amex or Diners Club.


Delivery

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible and it is generally a week but please allow up to 14 days from placing your order to delivery within Australia.


Postage

We have a small postage charge for orders within Australia, for miniumum orders of 5 cards or wholesale orders of 20 cards or more. For wholesale orders under $100 add $5 and over $100 add $10.
International postage charged at standard Australia Post rates, please contact us first for more information or estimates. GST is removed from your sale, so you save 10% on item price.


Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 48 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.


Please note there may be slight variation in colour between the computer image and the actual product due to monitor callibration. If you are not satisfied with the product received please contact us.
